Hi,
We provide Caller ID EPOS software (compatible with PSTN) to restaurants and takeaways in the UK.
Recently few of our clients have switched to BT Cloud phone and they are no longer able to use existing PSTN compatible caller id device. Therefore, caller id option is functioning with the EPOS software.
Current EPOS software collect caller id details from a connected USB modem and the modem is connected to the wall socket using RJ11 cable.
I need your help to fix this issue as currently there is no option to connect RJ11 cable and also not sure which device will work with the BT Cloud phone system.

It sounds like you may need an ATA adaptor. the best people to speak to who can check/advise if the EPOS is compatible would be the ring central tech team on 0800 389 0598.
