One call fault

Hi

We got new one call sim cards that were activated in may.since then,about 25-30% of our incoming calls drop when answered. I have called customer support many times either get told it will be looked at & somebody will get back to me(never happened yet)or I have to go through the portal which I can't get in too(says I don't have access on the number I'm using 😭)At my wits end now,can anybody advise a solution?

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with the calls dropping and not getting anywhere with it. Can you please send over a private message so I can look into this for you?
