Hello, As a BT Business customer BT provided us with a Yealink Dect ip phone model W73P, it works 100%, We have purchased privately a Yealink Sip phone model T41P, and would like to get it working to send and receive calls. The origonal BT phone was installed and set up by BT engineer, ow that we have another phone after connecting it to our BT Business Hub and powered it on it displays NO Service, We thought this might just be a plug and play function but has turned out not, so what are we missing? The new phone is on the network with an ip address assigned by the Hub there is a dial tone but thats it. Any ideas?

Additional handset must all be purchased directly from BT Business. At this time you can not use handset bought separate on the system.
