I have 5 phones at my business - I don't need them to work independently for users....just need them to do all the same thing.
I am trying to work out how to set up a temporary personalised 'out of office' message on days when we might be closed e.g. for a training day .
The BT cloud portal and training is complicated and seems to be focused on individual users.
Would appreciate some guidance
