Hi Community,
I have a new Cloud Voice account, and users are set up, but three of the users can't have their correct extension allocated. I keep getting this error - "The default extension number 112 for this number is blacklisted and cannot be used." or whatever the extension is for that particular user.
How can I remove it from the black list or how else can I allocate the extension correctly?

112 and 999 are both blocked as extension numbers as they are emergency numbers in the UK.

I also have the same issue on extensions 101 and 105. Do these fall foul of the same scenario?

Yes the same applies for those, any emergency number is blacklisted.
