How does anyone get BT to work? I have a large number of phones we are paying for each month and half of them dont work. Toi contact a human at BT seems impossible. Dial 100 and you get told to go on line. Get on lione and thesystem wants to dump you. I have got to the point where i will just stop paying and see if that wakes them up. When I was a lad, BT was wonderful. Now I give it 0 out of 10 and would give it minus 10 if i could. Does anyone have a solution to getting BT to make my phones work? Why can't i speak to a human?
