It is not admin/admin or user/password as listed on Yealink default.
I've this exact same issue, are there any updates on this?
I cant pair a second phone to the base and admin/admin and user/password do not work

BT must have loaded custom firmware, I have the same problem, WhatsApp'd and will call Monday
