Hello, We currently have one Yealink W73P dect ip phone connected as our main and only BT Business phone.
We are trying to add an additional Yealink desk top sip phone model T41P, when we connect the new T41P phone to our BT Hub and power it up we see on the phone display No Service. If you lift the T41P handset you hear a dial tone, but you cannot phone out or receive calls. The main Yealink W73p phone works 100% so there must be some sort of configuration required to getting the new phone to work it dosen't seem to be plug and play. The new T41P phone is on the same network Hub as the other phone as there both connected to the same BT Hub which are connected to BT Business fibre internet.

I am sorry but you are only able to use the BT Business provided handsets on the digital line. They need to be programmed and sync with the digital software. The new handset you have will not work with the cloud voice express service.
