I have a Yealink T46U desk phone with 2 problems:-
1. When I transfer a call to another extension which is not answered, I cannot retrieve the call in order to take a message. Any ideas please?
2. When saving a contact number to the Directory it saves during that working day only but when I come to work the next day, they've all gone 😤
