I keep being told when trying to use MyOffie services, having successfully logged on: "...we have restricted access to Manage services to locations outside the UK". Oddly enough that reads as if you can only do it from outside the UK but I think it means the opposite. Anyway, I am in the UK using a UK broadband service, so not using a VPN and never had a problem with any other service, including the regular My BT service.
And needless to say, the support service is totally unhelpful!

I'm sorry this is happening, when you say MyOffice services do you have a Office365 subscription you pay for through BT Business?
I only use it to manage a domain name and nothing else. See attached and I get the "outside the UK" message when I click on "My Services" which I hope is where I'll find my domain.

I must have used it OK in December 2023 to pay for my domain renewal. I checked with support chat today and they said I don't need to migrate as suggested on the attached page if I'm only dealing woth a domain name, but they couldn't help with the "out of the UK" issue.
And where is the domain name registered? Does it have a .co.uk ending? If you search on the IP you can find where many databases 'think' you are located.
