BTBusiness MyAccount Groups

Hi, I'm new to BT Business, so sorry if this is a dumb question...

In MyAccount it shows all my orders in something called Group1 which I was able to change to Norfolk.

I am now working on orders for Cambs, but I cannot find out how to create a second Group called Cambs and put the new orders in that Group.

I have 5 counties to work on, so I will actually need 5 Groups in all.

Can anyone help me please

The reply above is correct, you can rename billing accounts but not individual assets. Also - I have received your email and will reply to you there shortly.
