Cloud Voice Express/Cloud Voice

Hi everyone, we signed up for cloud voice express under advisement from BT in mid January, 7 months later our small business still has no landline and its costing us customers daily.

I am stuck between BT Business and BT Complaints neither of which will resolve this issue.

We were sold CVE which our number couldn't be ported to apparantly (discovered after 3 months of calling daily!) and was not fit for purpose and has been discontinued since our initial order was placed.

Now the cloud voice team are telling me to speak to CVE team and raise a complaint (done in Feb) to get our number ported to cloud voice-

YOU COULD NOT MAKE THIS UP!

I have never had the misfortune of dealing with such an inept and incompetent company and would advise against strongly.

Does anyone know a way out of this please.......

Just switch to cloud voice express the worst decision I have ever made. There is no proper support the user guide is useless. For example doesn't tell you how to add a name to the phone because only shows you numbers and not the opportunity to use letters. I'm getting diverted to my main phone even though i haven't set up call divert BT service is absolutely crap for business anyone else having the same problems

Hi Yes my Cisco cloud voice phone you can put the name and phone number in but when the call comes in you only see the number.Whats the point of having an address book when the customer name doesn't come up when they call!.No idea about the diverted call .Who knows maybe try bt cloud useless app
