[I don't know if this is the right board to post in, so please forgive me if I've picked the wrong one]
I recently had cause to call customer services, and received great service.
Following the call, I received a text message on my mobile, requesting feedback. Unfortunately, this would involve sending three premium rate messages, which I am not in a position to do. However, I would still like to provide feedback.
Can someone give me details as to how I can do this, please?
