Including images in posts

Why is it possible to include some images in posts, but not others?

Hi Kelper

Any external images uploaded are blocked until one of the mods/admins manually approves them for public viewing. I've just approved your images now.

Thanks.  I see posts from Friday where the image is still blocked so I thought it might be in the wrong format!
