How do I log into the Cloud app? 

Here’s a link to the guide for logging to the BT Cloud Work Mobile App, here’s how to access the BT Cloud Voice portal and  here’s how to access the BT Cloud Voice Express app. order confirmation emails will specify which type of Cloud you are on if you’re unsure, it should also state this on your bills.  

 

How do I forward my cloud number to mobile?

What handsets can I get for my Cloud service? 

Each different Cloud product has different set-ups regarding handsets.  

Cloud Work has a range of handset options, you can see the catalogue for this here. 

Cloud Voice has a few different handset option, please see the catalogue of available handsets here. 

Cloud Voice Express has the option to either use the Cloud Voice Express app standalone, or you can buy handset on top of this. There are cordless Yealink handsets and a Cisco desk phone depending on what you need. Please discuss this with the Sales agent at the point of sale so they can help provide you with the necessary equipment. 

 

How do I port my number from one Cloud product to another? 

As there are several different Cloud products, you would have to discuss the specifics of your solution with a Sales representative as there may be complexities of porting your number between different Cloud products. If you have an Account Manager, please contact them directly. Otherwise, you can speak to our general sales team here or you can see if you have a Local Business team here.  

 

How do I report a fault? 

You can report a fault online here for Cloud Voice and Cloud Voice Express. For Cloud Work, please go to their support page here.
