Accessing Office 365 from Outlook

Hi,

       Prior to the upgrade I accessed my email from behind a proxy server and it worked extremely well. Since the switch to 365 I have been unable to reconfigure my Outlook/Proxy setup to access email which gives my company severe problems. BT support tend to stop speaking to me when networks and proxies are mentioned. Has anyone had a similar problem and found a solution. I have a wide range of versions: Outlook 2003/7/10 and Windoes XP, Vista, & 7.
