Every time I change premises, I have to pay GBP 99 to move my phone and broadband. I don't mind the charge, but I would expect I get service worth it. BT says it will take a month to get phone and broadband working at my new address. 1 month, why ?? For 1 month I am cut off, loose business and waste my time. Who will compensate me for this ? Not BT. I have to pay from my pocket for the losses I take. This is really preposterous.
