I have spoken to the technical team and they have explained that home networking would be supported by the IT Support Management team, which is a chargeable team. They offer support on a wide variety of products and are a single point of contact for hardware, software, network, Wi-Fi and email issues.
If you make sure you have set up a network workgroup so that all of the machines on the network can see each other. Also, it is worth checking to make sure that the machines are connecting to the BTBusinessHubXXX network rather than the BTFUSIONXXX network as the fusion network operates on a different subnet.
I am sorry the moderators can't help further with this on the forum, but there may be other users who could offer some further suggestions if you don't want to talk to the IT Support Team.
