I currently use a BT Business ADSL line with a BT Falcon 2 IP Phone, the quality / kicked off of the VOIP calls is affected by Up-stream traffic like sceen sharing or File uploads because I only have 330 kbps available.
QoS seems to be the answer so I now have a Draytek Vigor 2850n but I cannot work out how to configure the QoS settings, has anyone done this and advise me? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
