We have recently rebooted our hub and since then one of our BT Falcon phones will not reconnect and comes up with the following error:
Provision Error!
Server Unreachable
Still Using V2.67
All our other phones are working fine, I have tried restating it and the hub but nothing changes. If I connect to our hub I can see it on the network.
Any ideas?

There is a help guide My BT Falcon phone is displaying an Out of Service message and the red light flashes which may resolve the problem. If not, then you can contact the Voip team for further assistance
