BT has cut off my business phone number and replaced with another

Is there a BT person that can help with this as I have spent 3 weeks on the phone and on webchat going round in circles.

 

 

Hello,

My name is Trevor Ferguson xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx . I am writing regarding telephone number 02886735588 (a/c NI 4707
1370)
Before Christmas you cut my broadband off and then on 3rd of January we
realised you had cut off our phone number (which is essential to our Car
Salesroom).

For some reason you had tried to change the broadband to Sky and then it
seems you have cut off my phone number and replaced it with the phone number
028 86736310.

I have been on the phone constantly since 3rd of January and have basically
been given the run around with regards getting my phone number back (you are
still sending me bills for it). You pass me from department to department,
try to sell me a new line or refer me to Sky (And Sky refers me back to BT).
I do not wish a new line or to move to Sky - I wish my phone number
02886735588 back on my line so I can receive calls from my customers.

THe property is in two parts and I believe the resident next door in 127a
has been requesting Sky broadbnad and telephone and for some reason it seems
you are tampering with my line instead of his.

neighbour who has ordered a new telephone line and broadband from sky
Samantha Faulds: I'm sorry Trevor, you need to call our business reception
on 0800 800 152 and they will help you with this, you are currently through
to the faults team.

Trevor Ferguson: No sorry they have said I must ring Sky, Sky says I must
ring BT
Trevor Ferguson: This is a business line and you have simply cut me off
Samantha Faulds: Who do you want a line with ?
Trevor Ferguson: I have a contract with BT
Samantha Faulds: OK, so you need to talk to BT, may i pass you through to
the customer options team, they may be able to assist you with this if you
are showing with Sky.
Trevor Ferguson: The next door neighbour ordered SKy and you seem to have
cut my phoneline off and put his new line and sky broadband onto my
telephonme number
Trevor Ferguson: I have been on the telephone with you since the 3rd of
January since you cut off my phone number
Trevor Ferguson: My business selling cars cannot run without a phone number
Trevor Ferguson: I am just given the run around by customer reps
Samantha Faulds: I'm sorry, may i pass you through to the customer options

Yvonne: is that because you have moved it to a new provider ?
Trevor Ferguson: no the next door neighbour apparently wanted to move to a
new provider but whatever has happened you have actioned it on my line,
removed my phone number and replaced it with another
Yvonne: try speaking to aftersales on 0800 800 152 they might be able to
help
Trevor Ferguson: but all i get is sales people trying to sell me a new line
or passing me to another department - ongoing since 3rd january
Yvonne: as i have said i cannot help
Trevor Ferguson: can i be passed higher up?
Yvonne: not within this team you will need to speak to either after sales or
the northern ireland team

This whole conversation just about sums up the methodologies and incompetence of BT personnel. A complete disgrace.

And just for anyone wishing to misunderstand my previous comment I mean to say "read the post" the person replying to the coustomer is a complete fool. She asks questions which are allready answered and then simply says "I cannot help". What nonsense. British! Should have a name change BT. Try Bul**** Telecom

This convo is exactly what I'm finding its a joke , I've been a week without a business phone ,and that's exactly how I'm being treated, did u get this problem fixed
