Have not been able to get broadband all day. BT made upgrade at exchange today. Have been on to them - ok at their end but they cannot help further as modem is not the BT one. Isnt that nice of them.
Hi Spaceboy. It is actually recommended to use the provider's modem. In this situation, you can probably ask them on how to set this up like the PPPoe settings and stuff.
I totally agree,BT Help is useless.
I have never yet entered a search string that doesn't come up with zero articles match your search.
