My company is suffering, and has been since February, when you should have moved our office line to VOIP and provided a new carrier line for broadband at our new address.
Continual phone calls (each lasting over an hour) has gotten nowhere. Speak to up to 6 people each time and have to devote a morning or afternoon to contact you yet you still can't get it right. I've just been hung up on by the 4th person I spoke to today. Called you last Monday but as it was an English bank holiday didn't get anywhere. I was supposed to be called back next day by you but no, no phone call.
You have a monopoly and you don't care what you do. Customer Service??? Not a chance.
I am sorry, taranis, that you seem to be having major difficulties with ordering a new broadband line. Can you let us know what the current status is? Do you, for example, have an installation date?
