I have been trying to get a problem sorted with my billing since May.
In January I agreed a new package. When I got my next bills in May they were wrong. There were one off charges that had not been agreed and the free call allowance had not been implemented.
I reported this and was promised a resolution.
Come July - new bills - old problem.
I have emailed several times; spoken to two people at onebill and made an on line complaint.
Nothing!
Is it at all possible to speak to anybody at BT who is actually capable and authorised to sort problems out???
Is it at all possible for BT to respond to problems withing what we call in the real worl a reasonable time??
I was thinking of moving my lines to another provider in January but was convinced by the sales guy at BT to stay with a new pricing structure - this was quickly rescinded with regard to calls to mobile phones and nobody seems inclined to want to deal with the issue.

Are my expectations too high ??????
Not a thing since last Friday - BT are incapable of dealing with problems within what others would consider to be a normal time period.
This has been going on since May - you would think that somebody could pull their finger out!!!!
My last email stated that I believed that the contract was terminated because of BT's inability to comply with it. No response whatsoever.
What do I have to do??????????????????

I understand from conversations with you that you have contacted the complaints department.
However if you wish you can contact the billing team on 0800 800 152 who would be able to discuss your dispute with you further also.
