Ok. tinyponyrugcompany.co.uk is my primary domain name but I need to point littlewelshrugcompany.co.uk at it too.
However, when I try to do so there's already a www record set up for the littlewelshrugcompany.co.uk so I can't change it!
I've used BT for websites etc many a time before and not encountered this particular problem.
Any help greatly appreciated
Hi
When you set up additional domain names you are not provided with root-level access, however, you should be able to redirect your domain name to another URL without having to change the www record. It sounds like you are trying to set up Frame Forwarding rather than URL Forwarding.
If you need to set up Frame Forwarding or alter any of the Zone Settings you will need to contact the Technical Helpdesk to go through the changes, this is to ensure there are no errors with the forwarding.

Hi Fiona
No, it doesnt work with URL forwarding either, I tried that first as this is the way I had always done this before.
Hi
I'm really sorry that this isn't working, you would need to report this to the Technical team, they can check the Zone setting on the account and set it up for you. It sounds like it must be an issue with the Domain Centre.
