Canceling my contract with BT Web hosting.!

Hi there, I have decided to cancel my contract with BT Web hosting this morning, its just not for me!.. I'm half way through my contract, but have found that all the 0800 numbers are closed on a weekend. A lady told me to ring Value Added Services to terminate my contract, but they are not open either.!.. Anyone know whom else to contact instead? that might be working on a weekend..!!

The department you need is called Customer Options but I think they are only open Monday to Friday. They are on 0800 800 152.

 

Whoever told you to called Value Added Services was incorrect as that is a technical support department only.

 

I am afraid you will just have to wait until Monday.
