I know its the standard upload speed but I was wondering if I can have my upload speed uncapped as it sits at
448 Kbps
My stats are:

Upstream | 448 Kbps |
ADSL settings

Modulation | ITU-T G.992.1 |
Latency type | Fast |
Noise margin (Down/Up) | 9.2 dB / 25.0 dB |
Line attenuation (Down/Up) | 28.0 dB / 18.0 dB |

Unfortunately this is not something we can do on a 8Mb max service. When your telephone exchange upgrades to ADSL2 or the Fibre products, then you will see an increase in your upload speeds.
