I have two brand new lines with adsl for failover both with static IP but they are in the same subnet, ip's are sequential. Is there any way for me to be assigned a different static IP for our 2nd line from a different subnet?
It is possible for the single static IP for the 2nd line to be changed. To get it changed you would need to contact sales who would be able to carry this request out for you. You can contact sales on 0800 400 400.
