I have searched all over for this with no success and looked in the manuals too..and gone through all the menu options on the phone...maybe not possible... or I'm being thick!
We have Falcon Phones (Thomson TB-30s). We have a geographical number assigned to each individual line and I have changed the caller display setting to show that number to the receiving phone when ringing out, not the 0560 number. But on the handset itself it shows the 0560 number - I mean when its not in use, the number it shows under where it says "Broadband voice" on the LCD, how can I get the phone itself to show the geoographic number? People want to be reminded of their geographic number rather than having it scribbled on a post it note. The 0560 numbers can in effect be invisible/irrelevant to the user then. Anyone know how to do this?
Thanks!

Hi Tom41
We can do this for you, for us to be able to do this I would need to contact you and remote into your service and change this manually.
Can you please send me a private message with contact name, number and your broadband voice number and I'll call you back to discuss.

Sean
