Domain Renewal

Hello Everyone

I never have any luck with BT domians, there is always an issue when it comes to renew!

NOW I'm not able to renew my domains because their system says that "CITY" must be entered when filling the form into pay...well obviously it's a required field and I AM entering it BUT it keeps saying I haven't ARGH, can anyone advise please, needless to say i have tried support but they take AGES to reply!

Hello there.

Possibly try another browser. If still not accepting the details, maybe telephone or send a message through the "Contact Us" section on their webpage asking them to contact you regarding the renewal. Perhaps there is an "old fashioned" way of making a payment by telephone?

Hope there's an idea for you here.
