Duplicate emails

I have been getting duplicate emails from my default email address, Ive cleared all emails in every folder from my microsoft 365 online as advised bt BT, however this has not changed things, also Ive checked the microsoft 365 account after the deletions and found that the emails are not being updated on the inbox.


The problem only started after the last BT 365 update and a resetting of the emails by BT.


Also after the previous BT upgrade the new or reply emails have to be highlighted in the Outbox to get them sent, then manually removed or they continually get resent.

 

Hope someone can assist.

I would advise deleting the settings in your mail client then re imputing them -  once you have completely removed the settings close down the mail client bring this back up and then re create the account
