My domain name does not appear to be pointing to my e-shop? is this normal? When i go to add site to google it shows http://www.btowstore.com/epages/BT3344.sf.
Do i need to publish the site? How do I do this?

You can't fix it yourself unfortunately.
Fill in the following form saying pretty much what boomer has said and they should understand 🙂

Contact BT Tech support and they should be able to link the domain to the shop for you.
No need to publish, the shop is already available on the address you gave (and your domain when Bt fix it for you).

I have exactly the same problem and when I rang bt they didn't have a clue how to fix it.
Does anyone know how I can fix this myself, or know the proper term for it so I don't confuse bt again??
