Hi Frosty,
If you would like to change your website, and it was created by our EasySiteWizard tool, you need to login to your WebsiteOS(https://www.btdomainsaccount.com/login.aspx), choose Site Builders and select EasySite Wizard or EasySiteWizard Pro depending on what you package supports. In the case that your website was created by a 3rd party tool, you may use our File Manager tool in your WebsiteOS or FTP access in order to upload new files to your webspace.
Below are the FTP credentials
hostname:yourdomain.com
username: yourdomain.com
password: the password for yourdomain.com
You may use any FTP client, browser or command line. All files should be uploaded to the /public directory of your domain.
In order to obtain a new domain with us you can contact our Sales team on vas.online.sales@bt.com
Hope this is of help to you.
Thanks
Tracey
