I have set up an alias "info@sisterkenny.net" for the website I am hosting through my primary domain, but test messages are not being forwarded from the alias address to my primary email account "myname@btconnect.com". I have checked the spelling several times, and sent test messages through a couple of different accounts. My primary email account is working.
I am wondering if this has something to do with zone configuration. BT allowed access to domain forwarding yesterday (Thanks Dave for your advice), but is there anything else I'm supposed to do?
cheers
Al

Hi
I have spoken to the technical desk in regards to this issue. They were not able to test the account as you are forwarding emails away from BT. They have suggested contacting the technical helpdesk if you want this looked into so they can stop the forward and fully test the account.
Kind Regards

No, I set up a primary account for the sisterkenny website, so I didn't pursue the issue.
