WATCH OUT - FRAUDSTERS ABOUT

Just found out our phones were diverted yesterday afternoon to an unknown mobile

They tried to make payments hoping the bank would call for confirmation and they would answer

 

 

Luckily I spent 4.5hours on the phone trying to contact BT and get it resolved

Hi HPS,

 

You'll need to report this to the BT security team on 0808 100 4332, Option 2 I believe.
