I have had my email address for about 10 years. I no longer have an account but retain the address. My husband also has a bt connect address, unfortunately he hasn't been able to access his a/c for 5 weeks. As we don't really have a business a/c but have the address, nobody seems able to sort this problem.

Is the account still active? Has it been migrated to Office 365?
There could be any number of issues, so I would advise calling the Helpdesk.
