Help . Our village is connectected to the Rowstock OXON exchage and there are no plans to upgrade it to Infinity.
BUT we have fibre terminating in an office block in the village (currently unoccupied ) from Rowstock and ABINGDON exchanges Abingdon is Infinity enabled !!
How do I get someone in BT to talk about the possibility of connecting our cabinrt to the Abingdon exchange or any other options . All my attempts go round in circles and end with the no plans to upgrade . BUT WE HAVE BT FIBRE comining in to the Village!
