I have purchased a domain name (order number: SOOJ50560406). I cannot access it or use it. Its not registered on whois but it is with BT. I have no emails to confirm my purchase either to pete511@btconnect.com or pyeadon659@aol.com.

I would recomend contacting our DNS support team. To do this go to DNS contact details , click on DNS general enquiry, explain the circumstances and the order number, and they can look into the issue for you.

HI,
I've had the same problem, I contacted the DNS support team by phone and 45mins later........still no joy. At that point I had to leave for an appointment, fully expecting, on my return, an email saying they had rectifyed the matter.
How wrong could I be? NO email, NO phone call NO NOTHING

Rob, I am sorry that you had this experience. Due to the necessity for us to retain a "paper trail" with domain name ownership, phoning the helpdesk can be of only limited help. If you contact us using: DNS contact details , your request will be actioned within 24 hours and you will receive confirmation via e-mail.
