I have been trying to use my FileZilla prog to upload my site files but however I change my info I just get the message

Status: Connecting to 209.235.144.9:80...
Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message...
Error: Connection timed out
Error: Could not connect to server
my host is set to: whispernursery.co.uk (i have also tried ft..whisper etc
server type: FTP
user: whispernursery.co.uk
password: as set in original set up
Transfer settings: passive
What am i doing wrong?
