For some unknown reason today I have been experiencing problems with at least one of my business email addresses, this is the error message. It is the same for three email addresses info@swingletreephotos.co.uk, postmaster@swingletreephotos.co.uk, and sales@swingletreephotos.co.uk
Task 'sales@swingletreephotos.co.uk - Receiving' reported error (0x8004210A) : 'The operation timed out waiting for a response from the receiving (POP) server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).'
This was working yesterday and I have not received any email saying that they are about to migrate this account over to Microsoft 365 lite.
Can anyone shed any light on why I would be having such problems.

I've had a look, you haven't been migrated, I take it your settings haven't changed?
Are there any email scanners on the PC that maybe interfering?
