Problems with Ebay Portal

Since ebay have upgraded their site last week I have been unable to list any items via my webite is there any updates available to sort this.

Hello,

 

the upload is possible again since 24th June 2009. We solved the problem.

 

Regarding the expected changes in the middle of July, we will gather the needed information and get back to you as soon as possible.

Hey Handydars,

 

It may be worth your time speaking to eBay as they would be able to help you with this and offer a solution to enable you to post your items again.

Hi, I too have not been able to load any items onto EbayI too have not found a solution as yet.

 

The problem for me is not be able to specify a despatch timeI just cannot find anywhere in the E Shop to enter this information that is now required for an Ebay listing.

  Yes I have the same problem. I know ebay are due to make more changes to their site in the middle of july can the eshop team confirm they are working on these as well.

I too have had a problem with accessing messages and 'order details' on ebay. This means that I can't send anything as have no access to the addresses of customers. I complained to ebay but they said that it is a BT problem and so to contact BT. I dare say the listing feature might also be affected and the free listing ends at the end of this month!

we are aware of an issue with Ebay and we have been working with Ebay to resolve the issue. Our investigattions have shown the issue to be outside the BT network.

 

Ebay support advise they expect to have this problem fixed shortly.
