I would like to obtain the caller information in real-time.
I need to know what trunk line is ringing and what the CLI number is.
I also need to know which extension answered.
This will enable my call centre software to pop-up the customers details to the telephonist when they answer the phone.
Currently the Versatility only sends this information after completion.
Can I change something to make it report in real time.
