Remcving an old website on BT Connect

Hello!

 

I used to have a BTconnect account but now on Consumer broadband but my website is still hosted at home.btconnect.com/deBraose_designs

 

Is there a way that you can delete the site as I no longer have access to the FTP as I no longer have the account

I think the best way to get this done is to contact us,  the livechat or email will probably be the best way to go as we have a bit more experience with webhosting and domains
