I have been trying to pay my business phone account . I have had three attempts now . I refuse to deal with Phillipino call centres due to chip and pin fraud as my son found out to his cost when they cleared his bank account for him and when you ask to pay at a Uk call centre you get cut off . This is the rotten standard that BT operate by.The payment system over the does not work . I am having to pay by phone as I do not have my account details with me . BT get people in to run the company properly and shut your overseas call centres. Half t he the time they dont understand english.
