Versatility answer phone how do i set it to answer after say 10 rings

We have a versatility system in the office with two lines in. The system is setup to ring all extensions on any external call. There is not always someone in the office, or if there is there may be only one person. What I want is for the system to automatically switch to system vm box after either line rings 10 times (either because there is noone or the only person iin the office is already on a call). Does any one know the step by step instructions to set this up permanently. I have the programing manuals, but i think i may just be a bit thick, as I cant work out how to do this.

I have new BT dacor 2500 answer phone. Everything is fine except for the fact I am unable to leave a message. The answer phone does not seem to be working correctly. Please help.
