I am looking for some technical support for my company site which uses the BT's web hosting service.
My company web site is www.osborneandcollins.co.uk but if you go to one of the pages, for example:
http://www.osborneandcollins.co.uk/about/
.. you can see the web page formatting is throwing up random "?" in amongst the copy. The web team I use tell me this is because the BT hosting service does not allow the wordpress theme to read the visual composer edit files (js_composer localisation files).
To try and identify the source of the problem, we have hosted the site with alternative providers and there were with no issues at all with the formatting. My web team assure me this issue is specifically with the BT hosting service. They say the only way to solve this problem is to move the site off BT and use an alternative provider.
Can someone tell me why the BT hosting service isn’t able to serve up those particular files?
Thanks

Is it worth upgradng changing to new BT hosting package? my own feeling my site is hosted on a old part of BT's hosting infrstructure and changing to another set of servers could work.
Appreciate anyu advice.
Thanks
So it's been 3 months and still no repsonse to this problem. I have also logged the issue with the business helpdesk and they have done nothing.. Great service! In the meantime I hope you don't blame me for cancelling the BT service and switching providers.
We host with BT and I use Visual Composer on our Wordpress site without any issues. Well, saying that the site is unaccessible at times!
