Try activating BBV service by logging onto www.bt.com/businessbbv - you will be promted to enter your BBV telephone number and password. Hope this helps

Might be better asking in the Voip forum...
I see to recall that you do this by going to a website (the address escapes me) and entering your voip number and password, and the script then configures your router for you.
