I have this contract, for the next 24 months, moved home, the connection is poor, otherwise, it was great in my previous address.
Hope I could cancel this contract without paying the cancelation fees, as it will be the same as having this slow broadband in the moment.

You will need to contact tech support first and give BT the oppurtunity to fix it.
If it is deemed to be unfixable or they fail to fix it within a certain time period (14 days i think) then they will be able to cancel the contract for you.
