My domain: www.fixmyplasma.co.uk points at my eshop:
http://www.fixmyplasma.co.uk/epages/Store3_Shop2248.sf
However, using firefox you get an error saying the server is causing the browser to loop, IE8 just brings up page not found ...
I know it's not me, I have had 20+ calls from customers who also can't get on?
Tried contacting BT, no-one knows who to contact, it's been 2 days now and it's getting me down not to mention costing me money.
Can anyone help?

Did you get it working as it seems to be working ok for me.
If not you can contact BT about it by going to http://btbusiness.custhelp.com/app/contact#s=ImNhdD0xOTk1LDIwNDd8Zm9ybV9zdGF0ZT0wIg..

It seems to work sporadically. works for some, not others. There is a DNS problem / server redirect problem somewhere.
Firefox this end says:
Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.
It's not working for me.

Hello,
unfortunately I can not reproduce the error either. It seems to work fine on every browser.

If it's any consellation I can see the problem. The page did come up at first but the stylesheet was missing, when I refreshed it it went into this loop you where talking about.
But like Dave says it could be a configuration problem with the domain.

Hi,
It looks like you have had the same issue as this post http://btb.lithium.com/btb/board/message?board.id=Webhosting&thread.id=2861 according to BT's reply this has been fixed so everything should be back to normal.

Still not working for me. BT is "working" on it. The fault has been "escalated" to the eShop team?
So I'm told, I was also promised a phone call back with an update, but none so far....
I am beginning to give serious consideration to moving the whole site. 3 days at £*** per day in lost order alone.
Frustrated...
