http site working....www. site notworking......I really need some HELP!!!

I have been trying with great difficulty for the last 6 weeks to upload a website and despite several calls with T I am nearly at the end of my tether!!

First there was an issue with the free space...then I needed MX records changed, which didnt work.....then I transfered in my domain which worked ok....but now I have atlast been able to upload my site via frontpage.  Alas for some reason unknown to me it works with the http://domain.co.uk version but will not work via the http://www.domain.co.uk .  I really need this to work as I am beginning to send out marketing material with my web address on it.

Please can anyone help with this??

Hi there,

Could you please provide me with your domain name and I will check the DNS records for the domain.

Sounds like the domain may be missing a record.

Thanks for your offer....I emailed BT last night and one of your colleagues has kindly rectified the problem.....and you were right it was a DNS record issue.

I have checked the dns records and also the site.

Works when trying www.mkfalcons.org.uk and mkfalcons.org.uk

All the records are correct, could you please let me know if you have any problems accessing the site.
